 SCRUM COACHING

Hey there, you need a scrum coach

As an accomplished servant leader with around 10 years of experience in agile methodology, I work with teams to increase efficiency and optimize their practice of the tools that scrum provides. I have a demonstrated ability to streamline Agile processes with teams large and small accomplishing things such as increasing team velocity, ensuring scrum meetings are effective, productive, and as succinct as possible, and really honing in on what is at the core of scrum- getting and incorporating that customer feedback as early and often as possible to ensure you're creating a product your customers really want.

When working with teams, I focus on three main things: training teams and individuals to understand the core concepts, practices, and principles to work in an agile environment, coaching and mentoring teams and individuals to improve their agile maturity, and lastly, working with companies to create and implement strategies for scaling agile across the organization.

I am known for my empathetic, collaborative style, for listening wholly, and for providing frank and honest feedback.

I would love to work with your teams on your implementation and practice with Agile scrum, no matter where you are in your transition to scrum or how long you've been practicing agile principles.
